How to Invite Users to Your Account
The DogBase Teams Web App is about working with teams, and while you can use it individually, we have made it very easy for you to add team members, trainers, and other handlers, giving you the best options for collaborating alongside you and your dogs.
User Invitation from the Main Page
You can initiate the user invite in the following views:
Dashboard View: Under the "Invite User" block/button located on the top right
Users View: From the left-hand menu, select "Users." In the top right corner, find and click the "Invite User" button. This begins the invitation process.
Selected Teams View: From the left-hand menu, select "Teams." then select a team; under the teams, users tap at the top right corner, find and click the "Invite User" button. This begins the invitation process.
A new window will open for the invitation form. Enter the user's details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
Choose the teams (not relevant under the team's view) you're inviting the user to join and click "Invite" to send the invitation.

User Notification and Access
The invited user will receive an email notification with the invitation details. Once they accept, the user can access the account they were invited to.
