Signing Up and Creating an Account
Accessing the Registration Form
Visit the DogBase website homepage at https://app.dogbase.co/. Below the login form, find and click the "Sign Up" link. This will take you to the registration page.
Filling out the Registration Form
Fill in the required fields:
- Account Name
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password: Create a secure password with at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one number, one special character, and a minimum of 6 characters.
- Invitation Code (if applicable)
Understanding Account Name
So that you know – the account you create at this step is your primary account. It can be anything, but if you're managing a team and intend to invite members, it's recommended to use the team's name as your account name. and your team's email address when signing up.
This way, you'll become the admin of that team. If you're not part of a team or a team administrator/manager, the account serves as your personal account. You can belong to several different accounts and be invited to different accounts while still having your personal account.
Confirming Your Email
Could you check your email inbox for the DogBase confirmation email? If you have not received the email within the next few minutes, it might have ended up in your spam folder; please check it. Click on the confirmation link provided. This action confirms your email address and will be able to finalize your registration.
If you don't receive the email notification, you can request to send it again by clicking the "Send Again" button.
Logging In to Your Account
Return to the DogBase website. Enter the username (email address) and password you provided during registration and click the "Login" button.
Congratulations! You've successfully created a DogBase account. Now, you can access the DogBase Teams Web App using your username (email address) and password.
